How to Delete Your Account
📱 Method 1: Delete from the App
The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the Niblo app:
- Open the Niblo app and make sure you're signed in to your account.
- Go to your Profile by tapping the profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Profile screen.
- Tap "Delete Account" (below the Sign Out button).
- Confirm deletion when prompted. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.
📧 Method 2: Request via Email
If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion via email:
- Send an email to nibloapp@gmail.com
- Use the subject line: "Delete My Account"
- Important: Send the email from the same email address you used to register your Niblo account.
- Include in the email: Your registered email address and confirmation that you want to delete your account and all associated data.
📅 Processing Time
Email deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
What Data Gets Deleted?
When you delete your account, all of the following data is permanently removed from our servers:
- Account information (email, name)
- All meal logs and entries
- Uploaded meal photos
- Chat history with Niblo
- Nutrition goals and preferences
- Water tracking history
- Streaks and achievements
- Saved meals and favorites
- App settings and preferences
- Device information
⚠️ Important Warning
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you think you might want to use Niblo again in the future, consider simply signing out instead of deleting your account.

In-app deletion: Immediate. Your data is deleted as soon as you confirm.

Will I receive confirmation?
For email deletion requests, you'll receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted. For in-app deletion, you'll be signed out immediately and returned to the login screen.
Can I create a new account after deletion?
Yes, you can create a new Niblo account at any time using the same or a different email address. However, none of your previous data will be available.
What about my subscription?
If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel it. Please cancel your subscription through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
